KEEPING OUR CUSTOMER DATABASE UP TO DATE

As valued customers, we pride ourselves on our after sales service.  We try to keep a record of what you have bought, ie the date and serial number of the machine, and what tines and holders you have bought.    This helps us best advise you when you wish to place a new order.   We keep the contact details for your club, ie your Groundsman and Treasurer and where to deliver goods.   So please do let us know of any changes to your club officials, particularly if one of your team passes away.   We do try to keep our database up to date, but we can only do this if we are told of any changes.


Email addresses are really useful as this saves time and costs when we need to let you know of any offers, such as our annual winter service offer.
